Stray dogs are the leading problem in cities and automatically affect human and animal welfare. For this project, an all-rounded rescue and adoption site for stray dogs is used and its major programming languages used are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and PHP. That means that people within the community can report stray dogs for automatic alerts to the officially nominated rescuers. The profiles of the rescued dogs include health status and temperament, and photos uploaded and reviewed. Interactive enquiry chat, easy to take on streamline booking system is within this system Rescue cases, history of care, adoption kept via optimized structured database, intelligent user interface for it.

It includes GPS tracking, which will improve rescue services; live updates of reported cases for effective interventions in a timely manner, ensuring transparency and dependability; and education and outreach, through resources, campaigns, and workshops on responsible pet ownership and humane treatment of stray animals.

Adoption rates, awareness level, and response time performance metrics make sure that the system operates effectively. This sustainable model ensures rescue and adoption support while giving communities and animals long-term benefits. It helps provide a scalable framework for the management of stray animals while fostering responsible pet ownership practices.
