These systems provide dynamic, lifelike simulations of workplace situations using machine learning (ML) algorithms, such as deep learning. These platforms can evaluate soft skills like problem-solving and negotiating by simulating communication-intensive situations using natural language processing (NLP). Integrations of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) improve the immersive experience and give applicants practical, meaningful learning opportunities. The predictive analytics features of the system allow for objective candidate evaluation and performance assessment, providing training managers and recruiters with insightful data. Additionally, individual performance informs the creation of individualized learning paths, which enable focused competency growth and skills gap analysis.This study looks at how AI-powered job simulations may boost employee training, increase recruitment efficiency, and support reskilling and upskilling efforts in a labor market that is changing quickly. A dynamic and successful training experience is guaranteed by the system's capacity to deliver real-time feedback and adaptive learning, which eventually enhances talent management and organizational success.
