Characterized by the sudden interruption of blood flow to the brain, strokes can result in significant neurological impairments, disability, or death. Despite advances in medical science, the incidence of strokes continues to rise due to evolving risk factors associated with modern lifestyles. Understanding these risk factors and implementing effective lifestyle modifications is critical in reducing the global stroke burden.
