Geetha Abstract In Computer Networking, IP address Spoofing or IP Spoofing is the creation of Internet Protocol packets with a false source IP address, for the purpose of impersonating another computing system. DNS (Domain Name System) amplification attack is a popular form of (Distributed Denial of Service) DDoS attacks that relies on the use of Open Resolver (publically accessible DNS servers) to overwhelm the victim (i.e., target of DNS amplification attack) with amplified DNS traffic.
