![]() |
Author Name GOWTHAMAN R and HARINI V Abstract Acknowledging and recognizing success in both academic and professional settings encourages students and instructors to strive for greatness. Transparency, effectiveness, and scalability are guaranteed by the E-Awards and Recognition Portal's digitization and simplification of the nomination, assessment, and result dissemination processes. Because of the system's role-based access management, administrators may designate and oversee award categories, faculty and students can nominate candidates, and evaluators can evaluate entries according to preset standards. The portal guarantees smooth performance and safe data management because it was constructed with contemporary web technologies, such as Java for reliable backend processing, React.js for an interactive frontend, and MongoDB for flexible data storage. Manual inefficiencies are eliminated by automation, while accessibility and justice are improved by digital record-keeping. The approach reduces prejudice and fosters credibility in award distribution by including structured assessment frameworks and secure authentication methods. This essay examines the system's features, design, and room for development, emphasizing how it might help modernize institutional recognition initiatives. The platform may be further improved with future additions like AI-assisted assessments and more in-depth analytics, turning it into a complete solution for managing faculty and academic awards.
