This research paper explores how effectively identifying and integrating customer requirements can enhance the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The study analyzes various approaches to understanding customer needs, the challenges faced, and the methodologies that can bridge the gap between customer expectations and deliverables. The findings suggest that incorporating customer feedback at every stage of the SDLC significantly improves project outcomes.
