Virtual Reality (VR) is revolutionizing the event planning industry by offering immersive and interactive venue exploration. This research presents a VR-Based Event Hall Booking System designed to enhance the venue selection process through real-time visualization and interactive customization. The system allows users to navigate event spaces, modify layouts, and assess amenities before making a booking decision. Key features include virtual walkthroughs, real-time design adjustments, and multi-user collaboration to streamline planning. By evaluating usability and user satisfaction, this study aims to improve the efficiency of event bookings and minimize uncertainties in venue selection.
